1. What the service is

grambid is an entertainment service. It publishes a list of Instagram accounts ordered by how much money has been bid on each. A position on that list has no meaning beyond the amount paid for it.

Nothing on this site is an endorsement, a review, a ranking of quality or popularity, or a statement about any account holder. Listings may be created by people with no connection to the account listed.

2. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

grambid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any of their subsidiaries. “Instagram” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here descriptively. Information shown about an account is limited to what is publicly visible on a profile page.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed by one of two providers, depending on availability at the time you bid: Razorpay or Dodo Payments. Your checkout page names the one handling your payment. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials with either.
• Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record. Where your payment is processed by Dodo, Dodo is the seller of record for that transaction and its name — not ours — is what appears on your card or bank statement. Everything else in these terms is unchanged: the bid is for a position on grambid, and grambid is who you deal with about it.
• A bid is credited only after our server independently confirms the payment with the processor that took it.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• A bid buys a position on a list. That position is temporary by design — anyone may pay more and take it. Being overtaken is not a defect.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• You must use funds you are legally entitled to use.
• You must not submit an account in order to harass, impersonate, defame, or target a private individual.
• You are responsible for checking the handle you paid for. We cannot refund a bid placed on a misspelled handle.

5. Removal and moderation

We may remove or refuse any listing at our discretion, including a paid one, where it is unlawful, impersonating, harassing, targets a private individual, or exposes us to legal risk.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that the leaderboard is free of errors. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of grambid is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, reputation, or opportunity.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
